One-Day Courses: Autumn 2010

Now you can sample what Earnley has to offer by attending a One-Day course. This is the perfect opportunity to discover a new area of interest or give yourself a break from routine by spending a day in pursuit of a favourite subject.  In some instances we have organised two or three consecutive days with the same tutor, each covering separate yet related topics – with a special residential package on offer for those who would like to stay overnight.

Unless otherwise stated, One-Day courses are intended for those with or without previous experience of the subject being taught (minimum age requirement is 18).

Timetable

One-Day courses take place on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday – starting at 9.45 a.m. and finishing a 5.00 p.m., allowing for 5 hours of tuition.

Meals

To sustain you during the day, we will be serving morning coffee, afternoon tea and a delicious three-course lunch. Breakfast and dinner are also provided for customers who choose to stay overnight.

Accommodation

A special residential package is offered (subject to availability) to customers who would like to stay overnight before or after* a One-Day course – which will be welcome news if you have a long way to travel or would like to make your visit a more leisurely experience.

*Please note that unless otherwise advised, it will be assumed that overnight accommodation is required the night before the One-Day course.

Booking Arrangements

The One-Day courses are listed, with a brief description, on the following pages. Many of the courses cover related subjects, with the same tutor, on consecutive days.  However, each One-Day course is an independent entity and may be booked individually or as part of a sequence.

To make a booking, please read the Terms and Conditions on the back page of this leaflet and then complete the booking form and send it to the address below, together with your payment in full. Alternatively, call 01243 670392 to make a telephone booking and payment by credit or debit card.

Upon receipt of your booking we will send you confirmation, joining instructions, a timetable and list of “what to bring” (where appropriate). No further information will be sent prior to the course.

Special Offer

If an individual customer enrols for 2 or 3 One-Day courses in the same week, they will receive a 10% discount on the total cost (applies to residential or non-residential attendance).
