Within the Concourse buildings, there are a number of lecture rooms and other workspaces that are suitable for small group meetings and syndicate work. Each room is equipped with flip charts and other visual aids are available as required. Wherever possible, breakout rooms are allocated close to the plenary room so as to avoid delay between sessions.
