Health, Fitness & Dance

These courses are all about the pleasure and health benefits that we can get from physical activities such swimming, yoga and dance. We have excellent amenities for these activities, including a spacious exercise studio and the heated indoor pool which provides the perfect environment for swimming instruction. Many of these pursuits are combined during our popular “Get-Away” weekends and this year we are offering a week long health and fitness programme specifically designed for the over 50’s.
